With the Aviator T_Bar, pressure adjustment has never been easier. The aluminum lever allows the coffee maker to adjust the operating pressure in real time at any time of day, even during coffee dispensing, to guarantee the perfect extraction for every espresso and every blend.

TCI – Independent Temperature Control. With the new TCI technology, it is possible to manage the flow temperature of each group very simply and with maximum precision. The color touchscreens allow you to monitor and manage the water temperature of each group in real time. An innovative water preheating circuit guarantees excellent thermal stability, even in extreme conditions.

PPI - Independent Pressure Profile. With our pressure control system, it's possible to program five different pressure profiles for each group, ensuring perfect and precise espresso extraction into the cup. Our motto is simplicity and intuition. With the brand-new technological touchscreen, we can easily manage the desired pressure for the desired duration in real time. The operator can thus choose a personalized pressure curve to best bring out the coffee blend used.
