The Ozara is a compact espresso machine with a refined design, created to offer a precise, stable, and elegant preparation experience. Its mirror-finish stainless steel structure, combined with wooden details, gives it a premium presence that fits equally well in a well-appointed kitchen or a more demanding service area.

Designed for residential and commercial use, it integrates an E61 brew group, a 58mm portafilter, and an adjustable pre-infusion system to precisely control each extraction. Its PID temperature control, 3 independent pressure gauges, and integrated automatic timer allow for complete control over extraction parameters.

The machine features a 2.0 L water tank and the option for water supply and/or drain connection, for more flexible installation. Its powerful 4-hole steam wand and double-layered steam wand facilitate consistent milk and foam preparation, while its compact size allows for simple countertop integration.
