Overview:
With its Italian design, near-silent grinding, and exceptional durability, the Eureka Mignon Specialita flat burr coffee grinder has quickly become a barista favorite. The 55mm flat burrs, equipped with the exclusive "Easy Set" feature, are among the best automatic home grinders on the market.
Specialita is the newest and most premium version of the Mignon series. This compact coffee grinder is suitable for various brewing methods, from espresso to French press, and offers consistent grinding.
Features
Burrs:
The 55mm flat burrs of the Mignon Specialita are made of hardened steel, treated with "Diamond-inside" technology.
Diamond Inside is Eureka's proprietary burr treatment process at a temperature of -193 °C (patent pending). This process allows for the formation of a reinforced crystal structure, ensuring superior wear resistance and durability.
The Diamond Inside treatment helps maintain the sharpness of the burrs for longer, meaning they only need replacing after grinding approximately 1,000 to 1,300 kg of coffee, equivalent to 72,222 cups.
300g Hopper:
The now-famous Eureka Mignon series hopper, supplied with the Specialita, can hold 300 grams of coffee beans at a time.
Silent Technology:
The exclusive anti-vibration solution reduces grinding noise by approximately 20 dB compared to conventional grinders and paves the way for a new way of grinding coffee: precise and quiet.
Ace System:
Anti-clump & Electrostatic
Designed to prevent clump formation and eliminate any electrostatic charge in ground coffee, the ACE system is the common element in all Eureka instant coffee grinders. Thanks to its regulating action on coffee flow, the ACE system... ensures excellent cleanliness and dosage consistency.
